Emily Ward Bivens is an Associate Professor of 4D arts and Time-Based Art at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  She received her MFA from The University of Colorado, Boulder in 2004.

Bivens uses found and made objects to forge narratives, provoke or encourage interaction, and reveal fictional and non-fictional mysteries.  These objects shift from prop to subject to evidence when used in performance, video, and installation.  Characters or identities are created to act as subjects, authors, inventors, and curators of the work.

Donna Headrick Moore is a photographer and educator from Blaine, Tennessee.  She works with pinhole cameras and uses historic/alternative photographic processes.  She is currently the co-director of A1LabArts, a cooperative art space, in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she curates exhibits and teaches workshops in pinhole, experimental photography and historic printing processes.

Donna was born in South Dakota but lived in many places around the United States as her father served in the U.S.Navy. She returned to South Dakota after high school and graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  After moving to Tennessee, she was both a classroom and art teacher at Oliver School, Laurel School, Preschool Cooperative of Knoxville and Thackston School in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She has taught art and photography workshops The Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, Gatlinburg, Tennessee; The Rose Center, Morristown, Tennessee;  Kingswood School, Bean Station, Tennessee; and The Knoxville Museum of Art, Bennett Gallery, The University of Tennessee, The Center for Creative Minds and A1Labarts in Knoxville, Tennessee. She also has hosted community events for Worldwide Pinhole Photograhpy Day since 2006 in South Dakota and Tennessee.

Her work has been exhibited in galleries across the United States and in Goa, India.
